pdcm were appointed by Hackwood Homes in March 2019 to provide construction and commercial support in connection with their external works trade package on the Pegasus Life Retirement Development at QVH in Bristol.

The works consist of civil and structural works in addition to hard and soft landscaping. Phase 1 works were completed in January 2020, with Phase 2 works completed in August 2020.
