pdcm were appointed by Hackwood Homes in April 2019 to provide construction support to the delivery of 24 no. high quality residential apartments in 4 separate villas – 3 of which being new build and one being an extensive refurbishment of a former hotel, together with a large external works package.

Works were completed in November 2019 with first residents taking occupation pre-Christmas, since when pdcm have continued to provide post completion and defects management services.
