pdcm were appointed by Hackwood Homes in May 2019 to provide Construction Support services on this new build retirement living development which comprises 21 no. high quality, exclusive apartments and associated external works.

Our scope of works was later extended to include the provision of Construction Support services on the refurbishment of an existing building within the site of the new build development.
