pdcm were appointed to provide Project and Commercial Management services for this private residential development of 4 no. high-quality houses situated in West Wellow, on the Hampshire / Wiltshire border.

We were engaged at the procurement stage of the project, providing a report and comparison on tenders received, resulting in a contractor recommendation. Our role continued throughout the construction phase, with emphasis on the commercial management aspects of the project, with the project reaching practical completion in April 2019.
